Scope of Services
We provide comprehensive services for designing and developing websites using the WordPress platform, including page setup, design customization, plugin installation, performance optimization, security, and search engine optimization. Our services also include other options such as various hosting plans, domain name registration, setup of official email, speed optimization, and enhancing the visual experience.
In addition, we offer digital marketing services, social media design, and paid advertising based on prior agreement.
All agreements must be in writing to be binding on both parties after being signed, unless otherwise stated.
General Client Obligations
The client is committed to providing all necessary data and content required to execute the project correctly, such as texts, images, logos, and any other design requirements agreed upon and requested.
Any delay by the client in delivering content or responding to inquiries will result in a delay in delivering the project without this being considered negligence on our part.
The client bears full responsibility for the legality of the content, and it is prohibited to send any materials that violate the law, infringe on intellectual property rights, or contain inappropriate content.
Payment Policies
As part of our transparency policy and to build trust with clients, payment is made after the project is delivered, as follows:
Once the project has been fully completed, a written notice is sent to the client stating that the work is finished and the website is ready for delivery.
An invoice is sent to the client, who must settle the dues within no more than 3 business days.
If the client delays payment after delivery, we reserve the right to suspend related services such as hosting or technical support until settlement is made.
Please note that domain registration, hosting, or any paid services are only booked after their value is paid in advance.
Execution Timeframe
The execution time for projects varies depending on the size of the request and the type of package chosen, and all of this is determined in the agreement signed between the parties. We strive to respect deadlines and make every effort to complete projects within the specified period unless a delay occurs beyond our control. This is subject to the following:
The delivery date is determined in the agreement as an approximate date and not final.
Adherence to the deadline depends on the client’s cooperation, provision of requirements to complete the work, and continuous responsiveness.
Any delay by the client in providing materials, reviewing, or approving will automatically extend the execution period.
Modifications and Maintenance
Each package includes a specific number of free modifications, which are detailed in the agreement signed between the parties, specifying what counts as minor free modifications and what is excluded, and how additional fees will be calculated when exceeding the number of free modifications. The agreement should also clarify whether free maintenance is included and its duration. The client may also subscribe to additional packages that include monthly support, future services, or extra services.
Project Delivery
The project is considered officially delivered after notifying the client in writing of the completion of work via the communication method specified in the signed agreement.
The client is responsible, after delivery, for inspecting the project during the free support period. Any remarks received after the end of the support period, and that are not included within the free modifications agreed upon in the signed agreement, will be considered as an additional paid service.
The client must ensure backup copies of their website if they make future modifications themselves or through a third party.
Technical Support
We provide limited free technical support after delivery, depending on the chosen package and the signed agreement.
Basic packages include 30 days of support, while higher packages include support for up to 100 days. After this period ends, we are not obligated to provide any technical services unless the client subscribes to paid monthly or annual support packages separately as needed.
Please note that free support includes fixing technical errors caused by us only, and does not include new additions or problems caused by external interference or modifications made by the client.
Ownership and Usage Rights
Ownership of the website or the final design is transferred to the client only after full settlement of the amount due for the professional package.
The project may be used for personal or commercial purposes as agreed. The client may not resell, redistribute, or attribute the project to another person without our written permission. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio.
Disclaimer
We guarantee the execution of the work according to the highest professional standards, but we do not guarantee the continuous operation of the website under all external circumstances beyond our control, such as server failures, hosting company changes, issues related to third-party plugins, or core WordPress updates. We also do not bear any damage resulting from interference by the client or other parties after delivery.
To ensure website stability, we recommend subscribing to ongoing support services or performing regular backups.
Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and they become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
Please note that continued use of our services or communication with us after any amendment constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.
